Based in Payette, Idaho, weve spent more than 40 years learning about the architectural door industry and honing our stave core construction process. We put our expertise to use to provide a superior stave core product, fast turnaround times, and ongoing support to our customers. Weve been a leader in stave core for more than four decades and have a proven process that results in a superior lumber core. Rather than making it out of waste, downfall, and low-quality lumber like many are used to, we use lumber specifically for stave core. Weve worked with door manufacturers of all sizes on orders ranging from a few hundred to multiple truckloads, so were ready and able to handle any project or request that comes our way.
